Consumers call for company reports on businesses and lists of BBB Accredited Businesses in our 25-county service area. This voice response system is in operation seven days per week, 24 hours per day. Your company's name will be among the first words a caller will hear as it precedes the system menus and announces that your company is sponsoring this service of your BBB.
- One, two, three or four weeks mention on our 24-hour automated phone system
- Callers to the BBB Inquiry Line will hear your company name
- Messages state, "Our voice response system is sponsored this week by (your company name).”
- Our voice response system serves an average of 2300 callers per month.
Advertising Rates:
- Four weeks: $150.00
- Three weeks: $125.00
- Two weeks: $100.00
- One week: $75.00
Limit 24 weeks per year total with no more than four weeks back to back; ie January on, February off, March on, April off, etc.
