Do you play well with others? Are you involved in process management, training, or customer focus strategies and development? Do you have good analytical, writing and oral communication skills?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, we have an opportunity for you! We are looking for evaluators to
review EICS program applications and to conduct on-site visits. Evaluators play a crucial role in the EICS program.

What is EICS?
The Excellence in Customer Service (EICS) award program is a comprehensive customer service improvement program run by volunteers. All companies in southern Colorado are invited to participate. The program culminates at an awards gala in September where participants and award recipients are recognized.

What’s in it for me?
Gain customer service training, knowledge and insight. Find out first-hand about best customer service practices. Help your company grow with the knowledge and experience gained as an EICS evaluator. Expand your exposure to various industries and their customer service systems and processes. Increase your professional network.

What skills do I need?
Evaluators should have expertise in one of the following areas:  customer service, process management, linking process improvements to business results, training or customer focus strategies. Although not a requirement, it is helpful for evaluators to have previous assessment experience such as evaluating or preparing applications for internal, state, or local award programs. Of course, EICS evaluators must meet the highest standards of ethical behavior. You need not have quality expertise - a variety of backgrounds and experience can be transferable to this role.

Will I receive training?
As an EICS Evaluator, you will receive training and mentorship by experienced evaluators as you participate in the process.

How do I apply and/or find out more?
