For more than 80 years, the Better Business Bureau has been helping businesses improve their customer service. One of our goals is to help local companies develop service programs that keep customers coming back. That's why your BBB Foundation launched the EICS program in 1995.
Designed to recognize superior customer service and help businesses improve their service practices, EICS is a comprehensive process to analyze your service, enhance it and integrate a philosophy of continuous improvement.
We invite you to participate in our program. Businesses that apply and meet the criteria are honored with the Excellence in Customer Service Award at a special banquet attended by the region's top community and business leaders. You don't have to be a BBB Accredited Business to apply for the award.
