The Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado currently inviting companies to apply for our annual Excellence in Customer Service Award (EICS).

EICS is a valuable quality assurance tool that gives companies the opportunity to examine, and then subsequently improve, their internal customer service process with the help of outside, independent evaluators. All participants, whether recipients of the award or not, receive a comprehensive feedback report.
Those companies that have proven to have outstanding customer services systems will be recognized at a gala dinner on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the Antlers Hilton in Colorado Springs.
