BBB Excellence Awards - Customer Service is a comprehensive customer service improvement program run by volunteers. All companies in southern Colorado are invited to participate. The program culminates at an awards gala in September where participants and award recipients are recognized.What’s in it for me?

Evaluators should have expertise in one of the following areas: customer service, process management, linking process improvements to business results, training or customer focus strategies. Although not a requirement, it is helpful for evaluators to have previous assessment experience such as evaluating or preparing applications for internal, state, or local award programs. Of course, evaluators must meet the highest standards of ethical behavior. A variety of backgrounds and experience can be transferable to the evaluator role. Will I receive training?
As an evaluator, you will receive training and mentorship by experienced evaluators as you participate in the process. How do I apply and/or find out more?
