Your Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado and Mobile Record Shredders will host a free document shredding on Friday, August 10, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the parking lot at Sam’s Club - 412 Eagleridge Boulevard in Pueblo.
The public can bring up to five boxes of paper to be shredded at no cost. There will be a $5 charge for each additional box. This annual event has been created to prevent identity theft, one of the fastest growing crimes in the United States.
Monetary donations will be greatly appreciated. Though the funds were originally slated for the BBB Foundation's scholarship program, they will be given to the task force, Colorado Springs Together, in light of the Waldo Canyon Fire
